We like to keep you in the loop about what's going on with us and our software, but we don't want to clutter your inbox either! If you're receiving too many emails, you can easily unsubscribe your account from all promotional emails. Unsubscribing from email updates only applies to promotional emails, it does not affect account-based emails such as password reset and renewal notifications.

1. Log in at https://www.GoToMyPC.com/members/login.tmpl.
2. In the left menu, click Settings under "My Account".
3. Under "General Settings", uncheck the Email Subscriptions boxes to unsubscribe from all quarterly customer newsletters and promotional emails.
