How do I upgrade or change my plan?
GoToMyPC and GoToMyPC Pro users can log in to their account to view or modify their plan selection and billing options at any time. GoToMyPC Corporate users should contact their account manager for account- and billing-related questions.
- Log in at https://www.GoToMyPC.com/members/login.tmpl.
- Click My Account and Plan Selection in the left toolbar.
- You can
- review your current plan,
- add or remove the number of computers
- select whether you want an annual or monthly plan. GoToMyPC Corporate users should contact their representative.
- Click Continue and confirm your payment information.
- To confirm your change, click Buy.
