Start a remote support session from Central
Only those users can start remote support sessions who are not Master Account Holders.
What to do next: Besides messaging with the end user, you can also start a remote control or remote view session. Remote view only allows you to see the end user's screen, while remote control gives you full control of the remote device. Whichever you choose, follow the on-screen instructions to continue your session. The following video show you what the agent experience is during remote support:
