How can I leave feedback?

    We appreciate feedback from our users.

    Leaving positive feedback

    1. Click Provide Feedback in the Help menu of the top taskbar.
    2. The feedback dialog opens. If you rate GoToMyPC a 9 or 10, you are asked to select up to two reasons for your positive rating.

    3. You can add an optional detailed comment in the text field.
    4. Click Send.
    Note: Your positive feedback earns you one month of GoToMyPC free subscription for one PC. Click the link at the end of the thank you message to leave a review at the TrustRadius site.

    Leaving negative feedback

    Note: Once you select an option, the corresponding troubleshooting support site opens to offer a solution to your problem. "Difficult to operate" and "Missing a feature" opens the community site. If no check box is selected, the home page of the support site opens.

    1. Click Provide Feedback in the Help menu of the top taskbar.
    2. The feedback dialog opens.

    3. If you rate GoToMyPC to 8 or less the following screen appears.
    4. Select two reasons of your feedback.
    5. You can add an optional detailed comment in the text box.
    6. Click Send.
    7. You will see the following pop-up window:

    Note: If no rating is selected, only the Skip button is enabled. The check box options selected will be concatenated with the feedback text and sent to telemetry.
