What's new – November 14, 2014

  • New Toll Free numbers for Chile and Romania, and Toll numbers for South Africa will be rolling out over the next week (November 12th – November 19th) to the OpenVoice audio conferencing service.
    • Administrators will need to add or entitle these countries onto their organizers’ accounts using the Admin Center interface, so that organizers can use them to dial-in from these countries.
    • Account administrators can verify if these countries are now available on their account by using the Rates and Phone Numbers Report to view the list of countries available on your account.
    • Organizers who have been entitled to use these new countries will need to download the new numbers onto their Outlook plugins. Only users who have the OpenVoice Outlook Plugin version 5.0 can use the download access numbers feature to add them to their plugin. Organizers with version 4.0 or older will not be able to use the download access number feature since it won’t work with the new OpenVoice service.

What's New – October 20, 2014

  • Access numbers are now pulled from the organizer's account automatically when scheduling an OpenVoice conference call through the OpenVoice Outlook Plugin. Get the OpenVoice Outlook Plugin Update download here. To verify the numbers that will be used in a call, Organizers can click the Download Access Numbers in the OpenVoice Settings at any time to update their account. Access numbers available in an Organizer’s account can be modified through the OpenVoice User Administration web app.
