Resend Welcome Email

Account admins can resend the Welcome email to users who haven't yet signed in and created their account to encourage them to do so.

  1. Sign in to the LogMeIn Admin Center at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
  2. Select Manage Users in the left navigation.
  3. For any user you want to re-invite, click Resend under the Status column. To see the date the invitation was last sent, hover over the "Invite sent" text.
  4. Select the email template you want to send, then click Resend Email.

    Alternatively, you can also resend invitation emails from the User Details page.
