Which apps can I use to generate a code for two-step verification?
To create a security code for two-step verification, you must install a so-called "authenticator app" on your phone or tablet.
You can use any authenticator app that uses the time-based one-time password (TOTP) protocol.
We encourage you to use our own LastPass Authenticator app. The app makes two-factor authentication easy by pushing a notification that you tap to confirm your identity. In contrast, with a third-party authenticator app you have to enter a code.
Otherwise, here are some third-party authenticator apps you can try.
