Change Your Password

Once you are logged in to your LogMeIn account, you can change the password that you use to sign in. If you have forgotten your password, you can also reset it here.

Note: If you are part of a corporate account that has implemented Enterprise Sign-In, you must use your company email address and password to sign in. This is automatically configured and cannot be changed.

  1. Log in at
  2. Click Sign In & Security in the left toolbar.

  1. In the Password section, click Edit.

Edit Password

  1. In the "Current password" field, fill in your current account password.
  2. In the "New password" and "Confirm new password" fields, fill in your desired password. Please note, these fields must include a minimum of 8 characters and include letters & numbers. Note: If you want to view the password you are typing, click the View icon at the end of any of the password fields, as shown below.
  3. Click Save when finished.
