Why does it say 'Access Denied' when I try to connect to a computer with Network Console?
When you are attempting to connect to a computer via the Network Console product, you may receive an Access Denied error message if you enter the wrong login account too many times.
This is an anti-hacking feature which records the IP address of the computer you are on. The normal default lock out time is 30 minutes. You can remove the IP address lock out by physically going to the computer and performing the following steps:
- Right-click the host icon in the system tray and click LogMeIn Control Panel.
- Click on the Options tab.
- Click on Preferences.
- Click on the Security tab.
- In the Authentication attack blocker section, click Unblock all.
- Click Ok.
