When connecting Files for LogMeIn through the Client I get an error message. What can I do?
You can either reboot the host or reinstall the host software.
Symptom
When trying to connect to LogMeIn Files on the Client, you receive the following error:
{drive letter}:\ is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure that the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure that you're connected to the network or Internet, then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted.
Resolution one: Reboot the host
Reboot the computer that has the Client software installed.
Resolution two: Perform a simple reinstall
- Uninstall the Client on your PC.
- Reboot the PC.
- Install a fresh version of the host using a link from here.
