What should I do if my host computer crashes or reboots when I try to remote control it?
This problem is usually related to the video driver on the host computer. Please make sure your host computer's video drivers are updated to the latest version.
If you are certain your video drivers are updated, and you are still running into the issue on Windows, try disabling the Display Accelerator.
To disable the Display Accelerator:
- Connect to your host computer.
- Click Preferences.
- Click General Settings.
- Uncheck the box for Use Display Accelerator.
- Click Apply at the bottom of the page.
