You can prevent your Remote Control and File Manager sessions from closing by setting a session timeout.

1. Tap the Gear (Settings) icon.

   Result: The Settings page is displayed.

2. Tap When app runs in background, protect connection for Remote Control and File Manager sessions and select a timeout limit to your sessions.
3. Slide Show warning before timeout to ON to display a warning one minute before your session times out. The warning message reads: Open now to keep active sessions.
4. Save your settings.
