Symptom

When logging into a Windows host, you click the Ctrl+Alt+Delete icon on the remote control toolbar, but the command is not sent.

The most likely cause is that ESET's HIPS software on the host is blocking the host from sending the command.

Resolution

In ESET, change the HIPS rule settings to add exceptions for the host software. Follow the instructions on the ESET support site.
