How do I get support for GoTo Resolve MDM?

    Miradore and GoTo have joined together to provide an all-in-one business communications and IT management experience for small and medium-sized businesses called GoTo Resolve MDM.

    If you have purchased this product, you should have received a welcome email with a link to activate your account. Once activated, you can access and log in to your account through the personalized link provided. Should you need assistance while logged in, simply click CONTACT US > Support Site in the top-right of your screen and search for a solution for your issue. Our knowledge base can answer almost any question, and if you’re still unable to resolve your issue, we have a team that can further assist you.     What do I do if I can’t find my personalized link to access my GoTo Resolve MDM account?

    If you are unable to find your personalized link, navigate to https://www.miradore.com/support/ and log in there. Once you are logged in again you’ll be directed to your main dashboard, and will have access to our knowledge base and additional support options.
