Resend or revoke a user invitation

    This article is about users who have been invited to a account, not to a meeting.

    1. On the website, log in to your PRO or BUSINESS account and click users.

      Result: The Admin console is displayed. The label Invited is shown for each user who has yet to accept your invitation.

    2. Select any number of users listed as Invited.

      Result: The Resend Invitation option is displayed in the top menu. Don't see the menu item? Make sure you only selected users with the status Invited.

    3. Click Resend invitation.
    4. Confirm your selection and send.
    Tip: To revoke an invitation, select an invited user and click Delete. The invitation is invalidated.
