Why does repeatedly update?

    If seems to be stuck during the update process, uninstall the app and rejoin the meeting.


    The update is complete but the desktop app closes and doesn't start the meeting. When attempting to start another meeting, tries to update again.

    Remedy: Try uninstall the app and rejoining the meeting.

    1. Uninstall the app.
    2. Sign in to your account and start a test meeting.
      Important: This is a test meeting! Don't invite guests.
    3. Leave the meeting. When prompted, select Keep on my desktop then leave the meeting.

      Result: The app is installed on your computer again. Try rejoining the original meeting again.
