Error: repeatedly tries to update


    When trying to start a new meeting, notifies you that an update is in progress. The update seems complete, but the desktop app closes and your meeting does not start. When attempting to start another meeting, tries to update again.


    First, uninstall the desktop app.

    1. After uninstalling the desktop app, start a new meeting using the website.
      Important: Don't invite anyone to join. This won't be a real meeting.
    2. Exit the meeting.
    3. When prompted, select Keep on my desktop and exit the meeting.

    The desktop app is downloaded and installed.
