Change Your Password or Account Email

Use the Account Settings page to change the password or email associated with your account.

  1. Log in to your account at
  2. In the top-right corner of the page, select your profile picture then Account settings.
  3. Next to your password, select change.

    Result: An email is sent to you with further instructions.

  4. Check your mailbox, and select the Reset your password link in the email (or copy and paste it into your browser).
  5. Enter and confirm your new password.

    Result: The Password Strength Meter will measure the strength of your new password.

  6. Select Create new password.
Results: You are ready to use your new password the next time you log in to
Note: When you change the password associated with, the change applies to all GoTo services you may be using (excluding Rescue). You cannot set a unique password per service.
