Change your password or account email

    Use the website to change the password or email associated with your account.

    You can change your password or GoTo ID (account email) on the Account settings page.

    1. Log in to your account at
    2. In the top-right corner of the page, click your account email (GoTo ID) and select Account settings.

    When you change the password associated with, the change applies to all GoTo services you may be using (excluding GoTo Rescue). You cannot set a unique password per service.
