Change billing or credit card info

  1. Sign in to your account at https://join.me/.
  2. Select Billing. You may be asked to re-enter your password to verify your identity.
    Troubleshooting: If you don't see the billing tab, you are a user in an account owned by someone else. Please reach out to your billing admin.
  3. Make changes as needed.

Print or download an invoice
