    To change billing or credit card info & to print a receipt

    1. Log in to your account at https://join.me/.
    2. Click the billing tab. You may be asked to re-enter your password to verify your identity.

      Don't see the billing tab? If you are a user in an account owned by someone else, you won't see the billing tab.

    3. To print or download a receipt, click billing history.
