How to Update the Client Automatically
This procedure must be executed on the client.
- On Windows, click . On a Mac, click .
- On the Settings tab, click the Advanced settings link at the bottom of the page to view the advanced settings and select from the following options. You can find this option in the Software updates section.
Option Description Enable automatic update Choose this option to automatically download the latest version of the Hamachi client. - Click OK or Apply to save your settings.
What to do next:
Tip: On Linux, use the sudo hamachi check-update command to check for updates. This doesn't automatically update your client though, follow the steps in this article do so: How to Install the Client to a Local Computer.
