What is "full-band" audio?

GoToTraining uses full-band audio once session participants are connected, as long as participants have the right hardware. Full-band audio provides a more natural, life-like sounding experience, which will minimize your listening efforts. It uses more of the sound bandwidth spectrum (20Hz to 20kHz) that you can hear. It'll feel as though you are talking to someone next to you!

To experience full-band audio, you will need hardware that supports frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Below is a list of compatible audio hardware GoToTraining has tested and confirmed.

Recommended Audio Hardware

  • Sennheiser PC 8
  • Sennheiser PC 36

  • Logitech H340
  • Logitech H540
  • Logitech G430
