Why didn't my session record?
There are a few possible things that might be going on.
- The recording might not have been converted yet. See Convert Session Recordings to learn more about opening the Recording Manager and converting your raw file.
- The recording might have been mislocated. By default, local recordings are stored in
C:\Users\<user>\Documents. The original "pre-converted" .G2M files are stored in a subfolder called "originals" after a successful conversion has finished. If you did not change the default location, you should be able to find your recording in your Documents folder.
