Schedule and Start Meetings via Android

As a GoToMeeting organizer, you can use the Android app to start and schedule your meetings while on the go!

Log in as an organizer

1. Select Sign in in the upper toolbar and then Sign In again.

2. Enter your organizer credentials (i.e., email address and password associated with your account).

3. You will automatically see a list of your upcoming meetings displayed!

Schedule a meeting

1. On the Upcoming Meeting screen or My Account screen, select the floating Plus icon, then select the Schedule a Meeting icon (you must be logged in to see this option).

2. On the New Meeting screen, enter your session details.

3. Select Save when finished.

4. You will then be prompted to invite others to join or save the meeting to your Calendar app!

Start a scheduled meeting

1. On the Upcoming Meetings screen, select the desired meeting.

2. Select Start the meeting.

3. Your meeting will immediately launch! You can then invite others to join.

Launch your personal meeting (GoToMeet.Me)

If you have a personal meeting page (i.e., GoToMeet.Me) set up, you can instantly launch your meeting at any time from your Home screen. You can also share your personal meeting page with others by selecting the Share link. This will open a list of apps (will vary depending on which apps are installed on the device) to share details with.

If you do not have a personal meeting pageset up, then you can start an instant meeting ("Meet Now") instead . On the Upcoming Meetings screen screen, select the Plus icon > Start your meeting (you must be logged in to see this option). A new meeting will launch immediately! You can then invite others to join.

Edit a scheduled meeting

1. On the My Account screen, select the desired meeting.

2. Select Edit.

3. Make the desired changes, then select Save.

Cancel a scheduled meeting

1. On the Host tab, select the desired meeting.

2. Select Delete.

3. Select Delete again to confirm that you want to cancel the meeting.

Invite others before a session

1. On the My Account screen, select the desired meeting.

2. Select Send an invitation.

3. Select the app you would like to use to send your invitation (e.g., Gmail, Message).

4. The session information will be pre-populated in the app that you selected (e.g., if you selected "Gmail", then a new email would open).
