Manage and Share Session Recordings

After you've recorded a session and converted the recording, you can share the links with your attendees. You can also distribute a recording and send or upload the recording wherever else you'd like.

If you are using cloud recording, your sessions will be automatically saved to the Meeting History page.

The features that are available on your account may vary depending on your subscription plan.

Access an online recording

When you choose to have your recordings automatically saved online, they will automatically appear on your Meeting History page a couple minutes after the session ends.

Preview a recording

You can stream a preview of the recording online to quickly watch it yourself without having to download the entire file.

1. Log in at

2. Click the Meeting History tab.

3. Find the desired meeting and click Play recording .

4. A window will automatically open and play back your recording. Also see Share a recording with others.

Share a recording with others

1. Log in at

2. Click the Meeting  History tab on the page.

3. Select the Recording options drop-down menu, and select Copy link or Download.

4. Send the copied link to and paste it wherever you'd like to share it with attendees or attach the downloaded recording anywhere (email, etc.).

Download a recording

If desired, you can download a .MP4 version of your online recordings. This feature is not available for manually uploaded recordings.

1. Log in at

2. Select the Meeting History tab.

3. Find the desired recording and click the Recording options drop-down menu, then select Download.

4. The .MP4 file will automatically begin downloading.

Delete a recording

1. Log in at

2. Click the Meeting History tab.

3. Find the recording and select Delete in the Recording options drop-down menu.

4. Click Yes to permanently delete the recording.
