What is the Billing Center?

The Billing Center is an online self-service portal where the billing contact for each account can log in and manage the payment and billing information for the account's RescueAssist service.

The online options available to the billing contact vary depending on how the RescueAssist account was initially set up. Most billing contacts can log in to the Billing Center at https://billing.logmeininc.com to manage their RescueAssist billing and subscription info entirely online. However, the billing contacts for larger accounts (referred to as "corporate" accounts) may use a different self-service site known as the Corporate Billing Portal to manage their billing and subscription with a LogMeIn representative.

  • The Billing Center allows billing contacts to add and manage subscription plans, change billing frequency, view and print the billing history for each renewal, and update payment information.
  • The Corporate Billing Portal allows billing contacts for "corporate" RescueAssist accounts to change billing contacts, edit Purchase Orders, and manage price quotes with a LogMeIn representative.

What charges apply when I change my plan, and when will changes take place?

For accounts that use the Billing Center, the following applies:

  • Changes will take effect immediately and will be automatically adjusted and pro-rated against your current account balance.
  • If your new plan selection increases your subscription price, you'll be prompted to enter a payment. Once finished, you'll have instant access to the features for your new plan, and your subscription billing date will change to reflect the date you made the plan changes.
  • You cannot swap or trade products. All product subscriptions are independent of one another. If you want to subscribe to another plan in place of your existing subscription, you must first cancel your existing subscription plan (which will remain on your account in a state of "Pending Cancellation" allowing you to continue to use the service until your billing period ends), then add a new subscription plan for your desired product.

      When the billing contact for an account makes changes to the payment information, billing info, or RescueAssist subscription plan, the way that they do so will vary depending on how their account was initially set up. For accounts that use the Corporate Billing Portal to manage billing info, the billing contact can contact Corporate Account Services to ask questions about an invoice, obtain a copy of their contract, and much more.     How do I change the frequency of billing for my account?

However, the billing contacts for larger accounts (referred to as "corporate" accounts) may use a different self-service site known as the Corporate Billing Portal to manage their billing and subscription with a LogMeIn representative.

    • For most accounts, the billing contact can use the Billing Center to edit their existing subscription plan. See Change Your RescueAssist Subscription Plan for more detailed instructions.
    • For corporate accounts, LogMeIn offers annual invoicing. The billing contact may request billing frequency changes by contacting Corporate Account Services.

    Where can I obtain a W-9 form for LogMeIn USA, Inc.?

    Billing contacts for corporate accounts can download it here (US only). If you are unable to download documents online, you can contact Corporate Account Services and use the drop-down menus to select Form RequestsW-9/Vendor Form/Regional Forms, fill out all other required information and specify "W-9" in the details section then click Submit to be sent a W-9 form.
