Notes on Feature Access

Please consider the following when deploying and managing GoToAssist Corporate's HelpAlert application:

  • As the GoToAssist Corporate account administrator (i.e., account-level manager), you have the ability to restrict access to some features and/or require the use of others. The account-level manager can set up, administer and monitor other managers. Managers and representatives are asked to contact you if they have questions about feature access and use.
  • Access to some features varies by the type of GoToAssist Corporate configuration your organization has purchased and the settings configured in the GoToAssist Corporate Admin Center. Please contact Customer Care with questions about adding features.
