There are various downloads available to managers, representatives, and customers that can be used for GoToAssist Corporate. These downloads can be accessed by logging in to the Management Center, then clicking Downloads. Each application or SDK is intended for use by a GoToAssist Corporate user, as follows:
- GoToAssist Corporate HelpAlert Application – This application is meant for use by representatives who manage incoming customer queries, and managers that oversee support sessions hosted by representatives.
- GoToAssist Corporate Customer Standalone Apps – This application is meant for use by customers who join Phone Mode support sessions.
- GoToAssist Corporate Customer Pre-Installation Package (MSI) – This application is meant for use by customers who frequently join support sessions. Pre-installing the GoToAssist Corporate Customer application requires administrative rights.
- Integration SDK and Information – These SDK packages are meant for use by managers who want to integrate GoToAssist Corporate with an existing database, application, or support infrastructure.
