    Common Error Messages

    Error Message Resolution
    Unable to download the Application Updater. A third-party software or firewall is blocking the installation. See Central and Firewalls
    Unable to extract the Application Updater. A third-party software or firewall is blocking the installation. See Central and Firewalls

    Disabling the Application Updater

    1. In Central, go to Updates > Applications.
    2. Select the host computers you want to update.
    3. Click Change Settings.

      Result: The Change Settings menu is displayed.

    4. Select Disabled.
    5. Click Apply updates.
