Background Access allows you to access Windows computers and perform maintenance tasks from a user-friendly interface without needing to remote into the computer or interrupting the end-user.
Who can use this feature? The Remote Management feature is available for the following:
|Basic/Plus/Premier Subscription||Modular Subscription|
To access remote management features:
- From the LogMeIn.com website, go to the Computers page and click the Dashboard link.
- From the Central Client, go to the Main Menu. Once connected, click Show Detailed Mode.
Remember: Once connected, you must be in Detailed Mode (Dashboard) to see remote management options.
