SymptomWhen installing LogMeIn Antivirus, you see the error message
Unable to activate LogMeIn Antivirus.
Solution One: Update the LogMeIn Control PanelOn the host computer, upgrade to the most recent version of LogMeIn. You can download LogMeIn here.
Solution Two: Redeploy the LogMeIn Antivirus configuration
- Restart the host PC
- In LogMeIn Central, go to Antivirus > Manage and select the affected host.
- Under Actions, select Install LogMeIn Antivirus
- Under LogMeIn Antivirus Policy, assign a policy to the host.
