Use the Alert Viewer to view and acknowledge triggered alerts.

Before you begin:

Who can use this feature? The Alerts feature is available for the following:

Basic/Plus/Premier Subscription	Modular Subscription	User Permissions
Premier	Automation Insight	Alert Management

Important: To manage alerts with the app, you must enable the Alert Viewer in the settings. Tap to bring up the settings screen and select Enable Alert Viewer.

Note: When unacknowledged alerts are present, the Alert Viewer is enabled by default.

1. Open the app.
2. Tap or swipe left to access the Alert Viewer.

   Result: The latest 100 alerts are shown. You can show up to 200 at a time.

3. Tap an alert to see its details.
   For each alert, you can perform the following actions:

   Option	Description
   	Remote control the computer that triggered the alert.
   	Start the File Manager for the computer that triggered the alert.
   	Acknowledge the alert.
