You can restart online hosts when they cannot be reached from either the Dashboard or Remote Control.

1. Log in at LogMeIn.com.
2. On the Computers page, select an online computer that you want to restart.
3. Click Properties next to the host.
   The Computer Properties page is displayed.
4. On the General Settings tab, click Restart host service.

   Result: This will close all active connections to the host.
