How do I reset host access codes

When you think your hosts have been compromised, you can reset their access code, or passcode, directly from the LogMeIn.com website.

Remember: Host access code is responsible for securing the communication channel between you and your host. It is completely different from host credentials and computer access codes.

Important: Only the Master Account Holder can reset host access codes.

Log in to your account using your LogMeIn ID (email address).
You are redirected to the GoTo sign in page.
At the top of the page, click Settings > Security.
Result: The Security page is displayed.
Under Security, navigate to the Re-generate Host Ingress Codes section.
Select a host from the drop-down.
You can reset all your host access codes, by selecting Re-generate for all hosts.
Click Re-generate.

Results: When a user accesses the selected host, a new access code is automatically created.
