All specific times in reports are shown according to the time zone of the person generating the report.

How does it work? All time data is stored in the database in UTC. When you download a report, times are converted to the time zone set at your account email address > Account > Personal Information > Time Zone.

Example. You are in New York. Your account is set to Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5). You start a session with a computer in London at 13:00 UTC-5, which is the same as 18:00 UTC. When you generate a report, the Session Start will be shown as 13:00.
