    Improvements

    • OpenSSL was updated to 1.1.1m
    • Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 hosts are now detected properly on the Computers page.
    • macOS Monterey is now detected properly on the Computers page.
    • Internet Explorer plugin update check process fixed.
    • Security improvements have been implemented when using ad hoc support.

    Fixes

    • A screen blanking issue on Apple M1 processor-based hosts has been fixed.
    • Remote sound did not work on Mac hosts running macOS versions 10.15 and earlier.

    Improvements

    • OpenSSL was updated to 1.1.1l
    • TLS version 1.3 is now supported
    • Virtual Display Driver (screen blanking driver) is now removed when the host is uninstalled
    • Improved frame rate in HD mode for Mac clients
    • Last monitor used in remote control is now saved in Mac clients. When starting a new remote control session to the same host, the previously selected monitor is opened.

    Fixes

    • A network connection issue occurred when using Cisco FirePower
    • Kaspersky Software Updater installation was interrupted for certain license types
    • When initiated chat from the client on Windows, the chat window appeared in minimized mode. From now on, it always appears on top.
    • In some cases when starting a command prompt session in the client on Windows, a "disconnected" message appeared
    • Screen blanking did not work with non-admin users on hosts running Windows 10 version 1909 and later
    • In some cases, a network connectivity issue occurred

    • LogMeIn Antivirus version 7.2.2.92 has been released and includes the following improvements:
      • After removing other Bitdefender products, security agent installation no longer requires a Windows reboot
      • Advanced Threat Control has now multiple detection heuristics for the recently disclosed "Print Nightmare" vulnerability
      • Various performance improvements, including memory and CPU usage

    New features

    Toolbox for Windows and macOS
    You can now mount the Toolbox folder from the company Files drive where you can store your most common files, installers and tools, or store and share logs and data collected from the remote machine.
    Terminal shell access for macOS
    You can now get the same web-based command line interface to Macs without bothering the user or having to set up network rules for SSH.
    Reconnect after restart is now available on macOS
    You can reconnect automatically after the host was restarted.
    Remote Execution
    You can now run 'Remote Execution' commands on multiple computers without user interaction.

    Improvements

    • Windows PowerShell copy/paste is now supported.
    • If a remote control session is already in progress when another user tries to connect, the "Computer busy" message is now handled in native clients.
    • Login and remote control permissions are now set up by default for local non-admin users at new installations on Windows PCs via the “users” group in UAC to avoid 4320 errors.
    • The Software Inventory report now displays the applications and programs (like WhatsApp, Viber, etc) installed in the AppData folders of the users.
    • The latest Edge browser is now recognized accurately on the host Dashboard.
    • Host Dashboard displays the exact product name based on subscription.
    • Based on subscription the product specific support page is displayed when opening View online help in the Windows desktop app.

    Fixes

    • Automatic reconnection now works in the Windows Client even when the session times out.
    • LogMeIn Antivirus policies larger than 16kB are now processed without error.
    • Disabling wallpaper no longer distorts text during remote control sessions.
    • Performance Viewer (CPU/RAM usage) now appears when opened from the Client application.
    • The number of concurrent Systray process instances is now limited to 5 to avoid performance issues on Terminal Servers.
    • Starting the Windows host service no longer fails when port 2002 is in use and a higher port is tried by default.
    • Fixed various smaller macOS issues including random hangs, crashes or visibility problems.
    • When screen blanking is initiated on Windows 10 build 2004 and higher the “Hosts with Windows 10 build 2004 and above don’t allow screen blanking” popup notifies the user that screen blanking has failed. A new blanking method is under development.

    • Remote control automatically reconnects when the host computer is restarted

    • Remote Control sessions can now be terminated from the systray icon context menu. The option is disabled by default.

    • Horizontal scrolling, back, and forward mouse buttons are now supported on new Windows clients.

    • Added features to support the upcoming new One2Many Beta, a tool designed to run automated PowerShell commands on multiple computers without user interaction.

    • Fixed an issue where uninstalling hosts sometimes took too long and left keys in the registry.

    • Fixed an issue where reports opened from a chart could not be exported. MacOS Yosemite (10.10) and MacOS El Captain (10.11) are no longer updated to the latest version. Users can still use version 4.1.0.7284 of the Client app for Mac.
