Symptom
When connected to a host, you see the following:
GoToMyPC has encountered a problem and needs to end this session.
Resolution
Solution One: Restart GoToMyPC
- On the host, open the Run window by pressing the Windows logo key + R.
- Type services.msc and press enter. The Services window is displayed.
- In the list of services, right click GoToMyPC and select Restart.
