How do I view my account's connection history?

The Access Activity Report allows you to view your account's connections for a selected date range. This report will tell you the source of the connection, the time it occurred, the client IP, the type of access and the duration of the connection.

Before you begin:
Note: GoToMyPC Corporate and GoToMyPC Pro administrators can run Activity Detail reports for a selected date range.

To view Access Activity, do the following:

  1. Log in to your GoToMyPC account at
  2. Click My Computers and then Access Activity in the left-navigation bar.
  3. Select the desired date range.
  4. Click View Access Activity.
