How do I remove an end user on my Pro or Corporate account?
- Login to your GoToMyPC Manager Account.
- Click Manage Users on the left navigation menu.
- Type the email address of the desired user into the Find field.
- Click Search Users.
- Check the box left of the desired user.
- Click on the Change Status drop down menu.
- Select Delete.
- Click the Change Status button.
- Check the box if you would like to Send email notification to deleted users.
- Click the Continue button.
