How do I cancel my GoToMyPC account?

You can cancel your subscription directly from the GoToMyPC app.
  1. Log in to your account at .

    Note: If you are a GoToMy PC Pro user, you will need to access the Manager profile.

  2. Select Billing Info from the left-hand menu bar.
  3. Select Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the cancellation process.
Note: You can also reach out to our Customer Care Team to cancel your GoToMyPC account. On the Contact Us page, click Call Support on the bottom left for toll-free and long-distance numbers based on your country. We are GDPR Compliant - ask a Customer Care rep how you can enable data privacy by deleting your account.
