How can I connect to my host computer?

Run GoToMyPC and connect to your host computer to access your files, applications and emails as if you are sitting at your computer!

Before you begin:
  1. Go to
  2. Click Log In in the top right corner.
  3. Log in using your GoToMyPC email address and account password.
  4. If prompted, choose the account you want to access and click Go. This only applies if you have multiple GoToMyPC accounts associated with one email address.
  5. Locate the desired computer and click Connect.
  6. Depending on your browser, click Run, Always, Allow, or Trust to download the GoToMyPC Viewer.
  7. When prompted, enter your access code for that host computer and click OK.
  8. The Viewer window will launch, which means you're officially connected!
