Why am I getting the message "The email address you entered is already in use"?

The message, "The email address you entered is already in use" is displayed when our system detects that there is already an account existing in our database that is tied to that specific email.
Please try another email or contact Customer Care directly so that we can assist further with this issue.
Please Note: For GoToWebinar and GoToTraining - Recordings, Scheduled Sessions and 90-days worth of History will be moved over with the User.
