RescueAssist for Administrators

  • Managing Users and Settings
    Administrators can use the Admin Center to set up product defaults, manage users and user settings and product entitlements. They can set up user groups, product setting templates, and invite templates to streamline the admin tasks. They can also run several reports in the Admin Center.
  • Managing Device Groups
    Device groups allow administrators to organize the devices for which unattended support has been installed.
  • Managing Billing Information
    The Billing Center is an online self-service portal where the billing contact for each account can log in and manage the payment and billing information for the account's RescueAssist service.
  • Using the Organization Center (ADC & SSO)
    Learn how to enable, set up, and use Two-Factor Authentication with RescueAssist. The Organization Center provides you with the ability to set up automated provisioning using the Active Directory Connector and/or Enterprise Sign-In (Single Sign-on) for your users.
