How to Send a Predefined URL
LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console
You can send a predefined URL to a customer at any time during an active session.
The agent's Technician Group must have permission to send URLs.
- On the Chat console, click the Push URL button.
A menu is displayed showing all available predefined URLs.
- Select the predefined URL you want to send to the customer. The text of the selected reply appears in the Chat box.
- Optional: edit the text.
- Press Enter or click the Send button. The URL opens in the customer's default browser.
