LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console
The Click2Fix tab gives technicians a set of tools for analyzing and resolving the most commonly encountered issues faced by mobile customers.
The agent's Technician Group must have permission to use Click2Fix for mobile.
The Click2Fix tab opens by default for each session with a mobile device
|Info and Alert Bar||The blue Info Bar shows basic device info (manufacturer, device model, phone number). |
The red Alert Bar highlights important issues or action items. For example, battery information, flagged applications, or out-of-date firmware.
Detect flagged apps: Upon connection to an Android or BlackBerry, the Technician Console will automatically check for unwanted or missing apps according to parameters set in an XML uploaded by an administrator.
Detect out-of-date firmware: Upon connection to an Android or BlackBerry, the Technician Console will automatically check a device's firmware according to OS properties defined in a file uploaded by an administrator. The file can also contain a URL to current firmware.

For Android, BlackBerry and iOS, you can also click Network setup to send predefined APN settings to the customer's device. Available settings are set by an administrator.

For Android, BlackBerry, and iOS, you can view a device's Bluetooth, GPS, and Wi-Fi connections.
For Android and BlackBerry, you can also manage a device's Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi connections.
|Device View||View the screen of supported devices (aslo known as Remote View). Zoom in to draw on the screen. This is also where remote control can be launched for supported devices.|
|QuickNav||For Android, you can jump to specific destination on the customer’s mobile device.|
|Direct URL||For Android, BlackBerry, and iOS, you can send customers predefined or custom URLs, which automatically open on the device.|
|For Android, you can view configuration information about the email accounts configured in the default email app of the customer's device. You can also add new accounts. |
For iOS, you can add new email accounts to the default email app of the customer's device.
|Applications||For Android, you can view and manage missing or unwanted (flagged) applications.|
|Processes||For Android, you can view processes and applications running on the device, and see how much memory they are using. You can also kill selected processes and running applications.|
