Why can't I update the LogMeIn Rescue Calling Card?

Depending on your system user permissions, you may have trouble updating the LogMeIn Rescue Calling Card.  The active user trying to update the Calling Card application must have permission to install software on the system.  You may need to contact your system administrator to complete the update if you do not have the required permissions.

Please also ensure there is no firewall or security software that may be interfering with the Calling Card.
