How do I download and run the Customer Applet in Firefox?

Answer

By default, Mozilla Firefox does not prompt a user to run an application after downloading. We recommend the following procedure for saving the Customer Applet:
 

  1. Save the Customer Applet to the desktop.
     The Customer Applet is saved as an executable named Support-LogMeInRescue.exe and appears as a white box on the desktop.
  2. Double-click on this file to run the Customer Applet and start the connection.
