What happens if I have lost my RemotelyAnywhere license?
Your RemotelyAnywhere customer service representative should be able to assist you with locating/delivering your license to you.
Please be sure to have the following information for verification purposes:
- Full name
- E-mail address
- Phone Number
- Company Name if applicable
- License ID if possible
- Transaction ID if possible
- Subscription type Workstation or Server
Note: We will not send licenses to a different email address other than what it was registered under.
