How to Set Keyboard and Mouse Priority for Remote Control
Click Preferences to access the host preferences.
Under Remote Control > Security, choose the following options:
Option
Description
Disable host keyboard and mouse
Choose this option if you want to disable the input devices of the person at the computer being controlled (the host).
Local keyboard & mouse takes precedence over remote
Choose this option if you want the actions of the person running the remote control session (the client-side user) to be processed before the actions of the person sitting at the computer being controlled.
Tip: If you receive the error message Your input is being blocked while controlling a host computer, make sure this option is selected.
Click Apply.
Result: Your settings are applied immediately to the host.
