Billing FAQ

At this time all invoices are delivered via email. We do not have an option to have invoices mailed at this time.
Copies of invoices can be requested from the Self Service Portal.

Click https://www.citrixonline.com/s/billingportal and enter your User ID provided on your emailed invoice communication. Should you not know your password, click "Reset/Create your password". An email will be provided with a temporary password.
