Here are some tips for making your solutions more helpful.

  • Review comments  
    Folks often tell you what they were missing from your solution.To see comments, go to the Solutions page and open a solution. Comments for the selected solution are listed to the right.
  • Review linked tickets
    Ticket details may help you understand what was missing from your solution. To see tickets related to a solution, go to the Solutions page and open a solution. Comments for the selected solution are listed to the right (you may bneescroll down).
  • Review verbatim requests 
    On the Requests page you can see the actual words submitted by end users. These help you understand what folks are looking for. Pay attention to their everyday language. Be sure to use their words when writing solutions or phrasings for your solutions.
