Set up Prompt ai to send tickets to via email

When Slack is your messaging service, you can allow end users to send tickets via their default email client. This is useful if you aren't using a purpose-built ticket management system.

Here's how to set up email ticketing:

  1. While logged in at, go to Integrations > Ticketing.
  2. Select Email ticketing.
  3. Under Recipients, enter valid email accounts that will receive ticket submissions via email. Comma separated.

When an end user creates a ticket, the email includes a transcript of the conversation. 

Remember: This only works when Slack is your messaging service.
